Q: What Insurance does SFMC accept?

 

A: SFMC currently accepts Medi-Cal, Medi-Care, Anthem, Health Net, Molina, Aetna and Partnership health plans. 

Q: Do you provide translators?
 

A: Most insurance plans provide translation services. These services are available on your health plan's website. If this cannot be arranged we are happy to arrange these services for you. We also have a diverse staff fluent in various languages!

Q: Do you provide services for workers' compensation?

A: No, at this time we do not. Please arrange this with your employer.

Q: Can I get an immediate appointment with a specialist?

A: Each specialist manages their own schedule and prefer that you make you own appointment. If you experience difficulties please let us know. Most specialists offer cancellation wait lists which often provide sooner appointment times.

Q: Can you ensure a specialist close to my home?

A: Not all local communities have a contracted specialist. There are some shortage of specialists in the Sacramento region. We will help you access the appropriate specialist closest to you. 

Q: Why do I have to be seen for a referral to be ordered?

A: Physicians evaluate you and your unique needs durning an office visit before recommending treatment.
